Workforce & Career Development
Walter founded Deep Discussion in 2014 with a vision to uplift and inspire individuals through his art and love of poetry. What began as a creative platform has since evolved into a dynamic workforce development organization dedicated to helping people access the tools, resources, and guidance they need to grow into strong, resilient leaders.
Inaugural Scholarship Award Program
Deep Discussion was recognized for sponsoring its first scholarship award at the annual Rainey Day Foundation Blackout Gala in March. We are looking to double the award amount for the 2027 campaign.
